A review you can check: real tool records, dated vendor sources and your own costs. StackDiet does not access your subscriptions or cancel them for you.
Tool names are matched to catalog IDs and known aliases. Unknown names are shown explicitly and excluded from capability comparisons. Their costs still count when you provide them. Duplicate names and aliases must be combined into one line per tool.
Each pair is compared by specific jobs such as drafting, meeting transcription or keyword research. Shared capabilities are verified only when both records contain a verified mapping; otherwise the overlap is an estimate. Select the jobs your stack must cover to focus the review.
Review pairs are ordered by the number of shared verified jobs, then other relevant shared jobs. Prices, affiliate status and commission rates do not affect this order. Shared features do not prove equal quality or that one product can replace another.
Monthly costs come from your input. Missing prices stay unknown; zero is accepted. Multiple currencies are reported separately with no exchange-rate conversion. Enter the monthly equivalent of annual bills and the combined cost of seats or accounts. The review does not estimate guaranteed savings, wasted spend or a cancellation score.
Additional mapped capabilities show what a tool adds within your list. A missing mapping is unknown, not proof the vendor lacks the feature. Check your actual plan, language, integrations, export options and renewal commitments before removing anything. Test at least three real tasks first.
The review shows catalog dates, individual record check dates and official vendor sources beside the findings. “Verified” means the recorded capability was supported by the dated source; it is not a live check of your account or current plan. Recheck records older than 30 days before purchase or cancellation. Prices and availability may vary by country, billing cycle, tax and plan.
The separate builder uses selected tasks and keyword rules in your description to find relevant tools and complementary combinations. It aims for fewer subscriptions when a tool can cover the needed jobs well enough. It is a rules-based recommendation aid, not an unrestricted AI conversation or a guarantee that every detail in free text was understood.
A non-partner can be recommended and an affiliate can be excluded. Results are not padded with irrelevant products. Legacy shared challenge links may contain a gamified score from earlier versions; that score is not used in the current subscription review.
Tool names, costs and workflow notes are processed in your browser. Saving a draft on your device is optional. Human review links share tool names only when you explicitly create and send a link. Anonymous usage measurement is optional and excludes your input.
